What you will receive

We agree the scope at the outset. The outcome may be a written review identifying the issues found, matters requiring further information and practical recommendations for passive fire protection works. Where appropriate, we can also provide a separate specification or quotation for works within our services.

A review does not, by itself, certify that a whole building complies with Building Regulations. Recommendations must be considered alongside the project’s design, the available evidence and the decisions of the relevant parties.

When specialist input is needed

Some projects require a qualified fire engineer, a formal fire risk assessment or further design work. If an issue falls outside the agreed scope or our competence, we will identify that need so the right specialist can be appointed.
